Parc Jean Drapeau et casino de Montréal
13 08 2007Bon ben voilà encore une des activités que j'ai mis le temps à faire mais que j'ai finalement faite ! Ben oui c'est que c'est pourtant pas bien loin tout ça même si ça se trouve sur l'île Ste Hélène, ben oui y'a même le métro pour y accéder ! Enfin le fait est qu'enfin ça y est Clara et moi on aura visité le casino et même de l'intérieur ^^ Bon l'intérieur est somme toute classique pour un casino, l'extérieur est déjà plus sympa 
VOus trouverez également dans la galerie quelques photos de l'étendue d'eau accolée au casino qui a rendu quelques bonnes photos.
Mais ceci fait, c'était surtout le parc Jean Drapeau qui nous intéressait et histoire de, le circuit Gilles Villeneuve (où se déroule le Grand Prix du Canada de F1, eh oui quand même). Mais en ce qui concerne, celui-ci est vraiment sympa et plutôt paisible. Il est composée de petites allées tortueuses donnant sur des petits parterres de fleurs. On se demandait d'ailleurs pourquoi il n'y avait pas plus de monde pour s'y détendre et pourquoi nous ne l'avions pas découvert plus tôt ^^ Une fois de plus, vous trouverez dans la galerie des photos bien sympas de fleurs en gros plan.
Finalement, nous trouvâmes le circuit de F1 sur lequel n'importe qui a le droit de se balader puisqu'il n'est pas utilisé en dehors des courses. Du coup, vélos, piétons et même bus de ville y passent et même quelques voitures. Faut dire un circuit sur une île ça facilite pas l'accès même si bon y'a des ponts aussi ^^ Pis je sais plus si je l'ai déjà dit avant, mais faut savoir que les deux îles mitoyennes dont celle de Ste Hélène sont complètement artificielles. Il s'agirait des excavations de terre produites par le métro qui en seraient l'origine.
A proximité du circuit, nous avons également trouvé un endroit dégagé de végétation qui nous a permis de prendre une photo de Montréal non pas du côté Ouest grace au Mont Royal mais par le côté Est cette fois-ci.
Finalement, voilà un bâtiment certainement faisant office d'hôtel au casino et que j'ai pris en photo non pas pour la finesse de son architecture sommaire vous vous en douterez mais pour les magnifiques nuages qui s'y reflétaient
Hélas, c'était notre dernière activité avec Clara ce jour là à Montréal puisqu'elle prenait l'avion l'après-midi même
